REFUND POLICY- Please note that Individual Services, Promotional Services, Sale Services, or Gift Certificates purchased for yourself or for another individual at Indulge Yourself Beauty Bar are absolutely non-refundable. There are NO REFUNDS on any services or memberships whatsoever. If you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 48 hours, and I will be happy to fix any issues you may have. Satisfaction Guaranteed is our policy!CANCELLATION POLICY- Yes, your appointment time is valuable to me and I want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. If you need to reschedule please call me and give me a 48 hour advance notice. If I do not receive a call before the 48 hours you will lose your deposit and have to rebook your appointment by repaying your deposit. If you "no show" for your appointment you will lose your deposit/full payment and have to pay an additional $25 towards your next service. I have the right to refuse you service! I have the right to CANCEL your appointment if you come to your appointment showing any cold symptoms to include allergies. Please do not schedule any appointments while you have SICKNESS/ALLERGY symptoms. Thank you in advance.
- Please CALL me at 470-234-2915 when you arrive, no guests will be allowed in the waiting area.
- Each client has an allotted time for their service, if you are late then you lose that time there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule and pay your deposit again NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No ADDITIONAL guests or children allowed during your service/training class, NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will receive a confirmation email when you book your appointment with detailed information. Cash is welcome and credit card payments will incur an additional 3.75% fee.
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
